Speaking with patients, doctors and pharmacists assuring that patients were directed to the right place when calling in. Also, enrolling new or former patients into the CVS health system for RX benefits.

Maintaining the front end and hiring/training of new hires. Balancing cash drawers and safes on a daily basis while working side by side with general managers to assure flow of great customer service.
