This position gave me multiple opportunities due to its many contracts that the company held whi8le I was there. Originally Convergys when I initially started, I worked at SiriusXM as a Customer Service Representative. Then, when the company shifted to Concentrix, it got a contract for Spectrum (aka Charter Communications). At that time, I worked as a sales representative and got to be a part of Spectrum launching its mobile portion, all while combining 3 sister companies, Bright House Networks, Time Warner Cable, and Charter to form the "Spectrum" as we know it today. After being in sales for a bit, I went ahead and transitioned to a customer service representative for their Mobile Billing Department. That workplace proved my ability to be transitional, relevant, and open minded. I am seeking a full-time position currently and Customer Service is my passion. After all, how often do we find those people that are solution focused and that work hard to make sure that our needs are met all while keeping a calm persona?
