I have been supporting parents and families since I began babysitting at the age of ten, and I've been a writer since I began journaling around that same time. I am a dynamic trainer, skilled in listening deeply and asking questions to facilitate my participants' discovery of their own truths and choices. Whether working with parents, doulas, or medical professionals, I value collaborative, informed decision-making and personal accountability. I am currently looking for my own Next Right Thing; a career shift that uses my writing and facilitation skills in new ways, and helps me grow personally and professionally.
