As the Corporate Programs Manager, I drive and deliver cross-company projects and programs that positively impact our company culture and the employee experience.I take on a multi-faceted approach to nurture and develop the Workiva culture, using several channels and strategies to drive positive outcomes. Working alongside a variety of employees, stakeholders, and leaders, I ensure successful execution in all areas of our culture programming. Most recently, we hosted our first Workiva Day of Service. During the event, we offered a variety of volunteer opportunities across the globe, both in person and remote. I am so proud of our positive impact on the communities in which we live and work.

As a member of the Customer Success Team at Workiva I ensured my customers' success by acting as an extension of their reporting team. My customers didn't call a 1-800 number, they called me directly for for any help they may have needed. I worked closely with the Product Marketing, Product Management, Quality Assurance and Development teams at Workiva to ensure I was up-to-date on the latest product improvements, and that customer feedback was integrated into product development.Workiva, formerly WebFilings, is a leading provider of complex business reporting solutions and is used by more than 60 percent of the Fortune 500. The company's Wdesk cloud-based product platform is a collaborative, real-time workspace where teams can streamline the entire reporting process with the accountability and confidence they need for critical business reports.

As a regional sales coordinator, I assisted the outside sales representatives in my territory with lead generation, order entry, and conflict resolution. I also increased brand awareness by attending regional and national trade shows. Outside of Sales, I assisted the Marketing team with promotional contests and gift with purchase programs. I also helped to train new employees on our internal order system and CRM.

As the inside account manager, I am responsible for the following: customer retention, inside sales, in-bound service changes, and outbound customer relations calls. My day is spent resolving customer questions and signing up new accounts.

As the Sales Coordinator for Republic Services, my responsibilities include handling national accounts, broker accounts, and large house accounts as well as acting as the support staff for the sales team.

As a management trainee, I had the opportunity to spend time in each department of the Republic Services-Denver office. These departments included but were not limited to: operations, accounting, sales, and customer service. Throughout the rotation I gained the knowledge necessary in order to be successful in any department. Moving from basic skill sets to more critical problem solving, the management trainee program has given me the confidence needed to be an effective manager. Upon completion of the program, I was offered the job of Sales Coordinator which I accepted.
