I directly supported the Director of Merchandise Planning on both private label DTC and complex high volume wholesale accounts. I also worked closely with the VP of Product and Associate Merchant to create product and inventory strategies based on newness planning, product exit strategies, and wholesale product performance. I developed, executed, and analyzed weekly and quarterly sales analyses to track product performance by channel while outlining actionable steps needed to improve sales such as requesting updates to PDP imagery, promotional ideas, or more marketing support. I partnered cross-functionally with Sourcing, Design, and Merchandising to execute seasonal deliverables. Through sales analyses I helped identify category drivers, misses and opportunities, reorder strategies, and promotional ideas as well. I was able to not only focus on planning, but I was able to drive many merchandising projects and fill in for our buyer with branded reorders and international vendor communication while she was on maternity leave.

I was one of eight women that lead on the executive board for the Zeta Epsilon Chapter of Delta Gamma at Santa Clara University. I had three directors that reported to me on behalf of our organization's social media, public relations, and chapter archives. I was primarily responsible for maintaining positive relationships with greek and non-greek organizations, effectively organizing large amounts of chapter data for greater efficiency, and for setting a lasting example of a leader for the 185 members in the chapter.
