Managing a team of box office employees to provide exceptional customer service with entries, ticket queries and administering all accessible ticket requirements. Liaising with ticket agencies and promoters to ensure maximisation of ticket allocations and sales. Communicating with stakeholder clients to deliver solutions for their Audio-Visual and IT requirements. I made initial contact with the clients, then liaised and worked with the design team to construct a suitable solution for them. I then contacted various suppliers for pricing, created quotes and sent them to clients. I worked with large scale global clients from the initial stages of AV and IT enquiries through to completion, assisting them with any queries throughout the process.
