+ Managed Vancouver and Fraser Valley program delivery for Swim Drink Fish (SDF). Planned, monitored, and evaluated project progress against objectives and reported on progress to head office.+ Managed all administration, finances, budgets, and human resources including developing four new positions and subsequently hiring, onboarding, and managing the team.+ Wrote grant proposals to secure over $100,000 for SDF. Also reviewed and managed grant requests to SDF from community organizations in addition to monitoring work progress and associated reports. + Co-organized and led the execution of two Swim Drink Fish galas, which collectively raised over $450,000. + Organized and chaired the Fraser Valley Illegal Dumping Alliance’s quarterly meetings.+ Co-organized two Annual Fraser River Cleanups, which drew in over 1400 community volunteers and removed over 20 tonnes of garbage from the Fraser River.+ Developed and reviewed written content for reports, blogs, newsletters, media releases, and event materials.+ Developed and launched the Vancouver Water Monitoring Program in 2019. Coordinated data collection, data entry, data analysis, and results sharing with the Vancouver community.+ Connected local community members and students to the Fraser River Watershed by coordinating and delivering interactive workshops and community-science water sampling.+ Built community partnerships with environmental groups, recreational water users, and local government.
