I have 20 years experience of facilitating professional learning, workshops and events. I am skilled in bringing out the best in people and supporting them to work collaboratively to identify goals, prioritise activity and agree ways of working to achieve individual, project and organisational ambitions.I have played key roles in developing and implementing successful innovations in CLPL, education, lifelong learning and poverty prevention. I am now applying the skills I have developed throughout my career to lead organisational change and service design in City Edinburgh Council with a particular focus on the strategic priority of ending poverty in the city.
