I was elected to be Student Body President at Southern Methodist University. In this role, I serve as the representative of the entire Student Body (11,500 students) to administration, faculty, and staff. Additionally, I serve as a Student Representative to the Board of Trustees Student Affairs Committee.

I served alongside four other student leaders and four faculty members to revise and approve the 2019-2020 Southern Methodist University Student Code of Conduct over the period of 4 months.

I serve as one of the student seats on the University Hearing Board, which hears cases of students who potentially have violate the University Code of Conduct. After hearing the accused speak, we determine responsibility and assign sanctions up to expulsion if need be.

I was elected one of five freshmen to represent constituents in the campus wide student government program. I was then elected to serve on the Diversity Committee and the Student Concerns Committee.

Interned for one of Dallas’ top criminal defense law firms. Aided six attorneys by gathering evidence, editing and filing cases, creating billing, greeting and recording new clients, and executing general administrative tasks. Gathered and interpreted evidence for Class B drug related felony that was under FBI investigation, concluding with a report on findings.

Counseled young girls ages 6-12 for 6 weeklong sessions and promoted traditional camp values; June- July 2017, June- July 2018
