• Serve as first point-of-contact and first impression for this real estate pe firm with $2bln+AUM • Facilitate and manage all investor operations including; fundraising campaign presentations, subscription agreements, capital calls, distributions and tax projections for this real estate pe firm with $2bln+AUM.• Create and implement mail merge and excel processes to simplify tax projection calculations and investor dashboards• Assist Asset Management team with preparation and approval process of property operations, compliance documents, budgets, monthly, quarterly & annual reports, manage all company events

• Facilitated dividend and corporate action department during conversion to Thomson Reuters product; BETA• Accurately maintain employee files in compliance with internal policy, best practice, and legal requirements• Responsible for 401k documentation, Organizational socialization, I-9, E-verify • Assist with the management and administration of our job applicant tracking requirements• Actively promote, maintain and forecast more efficient automated processes• Manage and coordinate all company events
