Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions

As Chapter President, I managed the running of the UC Davis chapter by planning and leading in-person and virtual society meetings for students and Executive Board via Zoom and BigBlueButton and Zoom. I also organized and led community service opportunities for members, communicated with hundreds of student-members with bulk and individual email messages, and implemented a Campus Awareness campaign through social media to increase student membership, communicating with other departments on campus.

As Chapter Vice President, I helped the President plan and lead virtual society meetings on BigBlueButton, communicated with hundreds of society members via email, and took notes at Executive Board meetings and communicated them with the President and Chapter Support Manager from the NSLS National Office in weekly meetings.

As a campus ambassador, I implemented a virtual recruitment campaign. My responsibilities included leading activities like orientations and information sessions, building relationships with students via social media, email, and text, and representing the NSLS brand on campus with professionalism. I also collaborated with a team of 4 other Student Marketing Representatives and attended virtual meetings with the NSLS National Office.

As Success Networking Teams Coordinator, I organized students into SNT groups, informed facilitators on their roles and responsibilities, and explained the SNT process in a comprehensive manner. I effectively communicated and sparked interest in the members by helping students to create SMART goals and discover their ability to achieve their dreams in their life, both academic and personal.

As OTSA's Web Editor, I updated the association’s website pages and virtual calendar, solved technical issues, gathered and presented member survey results, and researched, organized, and presented the history of the association on the website. Communicated with the President via email and Zoom meetings
