The PAL (Peer-Assisted Learning) scheme is where 2nd year students run engaging sessions to facilitate the learning and development of 1st years skills that will help them whilst at university. This can be anything from time management to exam revision techniques. As a Senior PAL Leader, I help support the 2nd year PAL Leaders in running their sessions and provide activities to help them develop their own skills for running sessions. I help them to solve any problems they may have within their sessions and am able to feed back any issues to those who run the scheme to help them improve. Alongside this I also run PAL sessions which helps me to improve my own skills whilst facilitating the 1st years.

- Experience in a global business of data analysis.- Conducted deep dives into product performance to highlight patterns in the data and make comparisons with the performance of competitor products. Formed conclusions into reasons for differences and recommended the best action to take based on the situation, including potential gaps in the market.- Supported the Insights team with monthly reporting using Excel and supporting agency systems. Worked with external agencies to provide business support while ensuring that the data was correct.- Helped raise awareness of the Insights team within the business through social channels and shared content to keep the business updated with performance indicators for CCEP products.- Gained confidence communicating with many people across different departments in the business, responding promptly to their queries regarding product and category performance.
