Office Assistant to support the CEO of multiple family owned organizations in advisory and management services, investment management and charitable services.Responsible for:*Assisting with internal office administrative tasks and management*Coordinating with outside entities, such as vendors and contractors*Maintenance of administrative records, updating computer files, preparing monthly reports and maintaining the filing system*Assisting with the management of the office building and other properties*Verifying invoices, maintaining bookkeeping and preparing expense reports*Screening incoming correspondence and emails appropriately*Scheduling appointments and arranging travel*Planning and organizing office and/or building events*Work on special projects as needed

As head lifeguard at a one-guard pool facility, I was in charge of keeping up with all pool records such as:*Updating daily chemical log*Checking pool chemicals every hour on the houras well as all other necessary paperworkOn top of being mainly responsible for ensuring their safety, I was responsible for keeping up a professional yet friendly rapport with all pool guests.

Worked on a team of three to plan, conduct and facilitate daily activities for school aged children. Work also included: filing children’s paperwork, copying etc.

Filled largely a receptionists role. Responded to constituent complaints via email and letters on behalf of Niki Tsongas, sent out high volume faxes and produced high volume copies. Attended and assisted with events. Along with other various administrative duties.

Assisted with various office projects and data entry in the non-profit communications and outreach departments.
