My role as VP of Operations is truly focused on unifying the organization. Focusing on ensuring the employees at iPipeline have the tools they need to do their job. In my role as AVP of Professional Services, I focused on building our policy administration (PAS) product to align with industry best practices and enabled by seamless technology. The work was utilized globally as we took our UK offerings and worked to make them market ready for the US.Built team to deliver on multi-year roadmap and lead the team to understand the amount of work needed to build a solution to fit the market. Managed this team from a product and R&D perspective sitting apart from the company as we built out the solution. Implemented team engagement initiatives to bring an overall score of 3 out of 10 up to a 8.9 over a 6 month period focusing on creating an environment where the team took accountability for the work and supported each other in this massive effort. Engagement activities are now implemented across the organization and used as best practices to improve overall engagement in teams.All while building a new product for the US market, managed through customer expectations and customer contract negotiations as part of this product implementation that was also implementing functionality for a customer at the same time.

Managed a set of customers in Professional Services ($10 to $15 million of revenue) and the associated project teams to deliver life and annuity insurance products out to the market digitally. Managed customer escalations, contract negotiations, project team delivery challenges, customer roadmap discussions and the development of customer roadmaps up to 2 years out into the future. Learned our iPipeline core product and spoke at our annual user conference on various topics supporting the adoption and use of iGo.

Led the successful implementation of a project management office focused on brining visibility to the portfolio of projects covered by the HR organization - both technical implementations and program level initiatives like annual enrollment of benefits for employees. Analyzed and provided recommendations to ensure the pace of cost increase around licensing and support for HR technology systems did not outpace our budget and managed through a number of system consolidations to ensure we were picking one or few technologies to support the company. Increased the maturity of the organization around project management and the need for project management.

In the past several years, SAP has purchased numerous companies including Sybase, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Syclo, Camilion and other smaller acquisitions as well and I am responsible for managing the data migration activities associated with these acquisitions. As part of the project work required to move the data from legacy acquisition company systems, I have also established a best practice approach to moving the master data from legacy system to our SAP CRM environment with a broad coverage to include post merger acquisition operational models, training and the actual data migration that has a focus of a high level of data quality and a rigorous process to eliminate duplicates.

Bentley Systems has implemented most aspects of SAP CRM including Marketing, Sales, Order Processing/Contract Management (CRM Billing), Service, Interaction Center, Enterprise Portal, ICSS, ISA, BW. My role in this implementation was the project manager for the entire implementation from blueprint to go-live support. Other significant events to mention about this implementation is that we did a big bang go-live of SAP CRM from Siebel and migrated data from our Siebel system as well as a Saleslogix system.
