I manage a wide range of constituent requests, including housing placements, medical appointments, and community infrastructure needs. I coordinate with government departments and local agencies to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely solutions for constituents. Additionally, I lead social media initiatives, creating engaging content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram to raise awareness of the TD’s initiatives and reach younger audiences. My efforts resulted in a viral TikTok video with over 659k views and significant increases in engagement. I track all cases and social media campaigns, providing regular reports and ensuring follow-up to meet constituents’ needs effectively.

Spread awareness to the Isla Vista community about Guayaki as well as passing out Yerba Mates to those in my community. Came up with new marketing concepts for connecting local communities with Yerba Mate during the Pandemic. And helped increase sales within my community
