CurrentAs a Behavioral Technician at Stepping Stones Group LLC, I am dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. My role involves implementing evidence-based treatment plans, supporting clients in their daily activities, and working closely with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Key responsibilities: Client Support: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address specific behavioral issues. Assist clients with developing essential life skills, including communication, social interactions, and self-care. Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately collect and record data on clients’ behaviors and progress during therapy sessions. Use data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments in consultation with the BCBA. Maintain detailed and organized records to track clients’ development and outcomesBehavioral Interventions: Apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive behaviors. Utilize reinforcement strategies, behavior modification techniques, and skill-building exercises tailored to each client’s needs. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of improvement and set achievable goals.Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with BCBAs, therapists, educators, and family members to create a consistent and supportive environment for clients. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new methodologies in behavior therapy. Provide clear and compassionate communication to clients' families, offering guidance and support to help them reinforce strategies at home.
