I have worked for The Reach Foundation since 2011. I got involved when the youth organisation was running a high school workshop for our year group. The organisation is youth led and runs workshops for young people ages 10-18. Our aim is to help young people develop the tools and strength to reach their full potential and meet all of life's challenges.

* Receive incoming calls (up to 30-40 hours spent on the phone monthly)* Making + Receiving up to and over 200 calls in a 5 business days.* Solve problems for the person on the other end of the call.* Transfer phone calls to other staff members.* Make outbound calls to students to assist them with enrolment enquiries, provide information on their next steps and ask for the relevant documentation to finalise the enrolment. * Record all contact made with students online. * Assist students with their enrolments and withdrawals in our diploma courses. * Attempt customer retention. * Monitor our online student support instant chat and assist student enquiries via the chat.* Provide training to the new office assistant after I had been promoted. * Make instructional videos to assist the students along their studying journey. (These videos are viewed daily)

I was a live in nanny for a family on Sydney's North Shore between January and June of 2015.The family had 6 children. Duties included caring for the children's well being, providing transportation, meal preparation, house work, grocery shopping and any other surprises that the children threw my way !This particular job was a massive learning experience and I am grateful for the opportunity.
