Currently working as the Director of Digital Learning at Northeast Maritime Institute in Fairhaven, MA. Here I work directly with subject matter experts to develop new online courses through experiential design processes. I manage LMS systems to produce user reports, course activity reports, and utilize the feedback of employees and students to plan and create meaningful learning and training experiences. In addition, I use professional marketing and sales tactics to promote our online courses and implement social media and advertising strategies across various platforms.I am a member of the Board of Admissions at Northeast Maritime Institute where I take part in reviewing applicants and conducting interviews. As of July 2020, I have received a Master's degree in Educational Technology from UConn's NEAG School of Education.
