I am an Associate Attorney at Smith & Weidinger who handles a mixed practice of Criminal Defense, Traffic, and Personal Injury cases. After working for the Firm for two years as a legal intern, I was admitted to the Bar and have rapidly gained experience in the Courts of Colorado. I am a vigorous and effective advocate for my clients. I take the time to understand them as a person, effectively explain their options under the law, and work tirelessly at achieving the best possible outcome.Prior to working for Smith & Weidinger, I obtained courtroom experience as an intern with the Albany County Prosecutors' Office in Wyoming, and also with the Augusta County Commonwealth Attorney's Office in Virginia.I proudly obtained my law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law and served as President of the Equal Justice Wyoming chapter while in attendance there. Before that, I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree program in Political Science with an emphasis in National Security at Virginia Tech.
