I'm founder of Molly's Music and co-founder of The Inside Voice, a music school focused on evidence-based voice lessons with the premises that anyone can learn to sing; that music lessons should not have an aesthetic bias; and that singing is an important aspect of health and wellness. TIV offers lesson in person at 3 Orange County studios, in people's homes, and online--both synchronously and asynchronously. We've also created and staffed in-school and after-school music programs throughout the county.In September, 2023, we sold The Inside Voice to Ensemble Music, an organization that manages over 40 music schools around the US while maintaining each school's unique brand.Running my business has taught me a wide variety of skills that I've used to varying degrees over the years: digital marketing and advertising, SEO, content creation (including newsletter writing, blogging and video creation), headhunting, interviewing, job coaching, HR, teacher training, curriculum development, event planning, project management, sales, customer service, operations, systems optimization, and of course, music teaching.Over the last few years, because of the inefficiencies in our own business processes, my business partner and I designed and oversaw the development of a CRM that would serve as an all-in-one solution for our business. We're now working on launching our software company, Yo-Do Inc. to a wider market. I'm an Estill Master Trainer and a graduate of Columbia University.

  Molly's Music, which later evolved into The Inside Voice, is a music school based in Orange County and the surrounding areas that I built from the ground up. It began with just me offering voice and piano lessons and grew into one of the largest music schools in Southern California.I sold the company to Ensemble Music in September, 2023 and currently work there as their Master Teacher.
