As Director of omni-channel activations at Tourism Ireland, I collaborated with top brands such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Williams Sonoma, leading nationwide teams and delivering tailored messaging across diverse platforms. I managed strategic partnerships with US airlines, overseeing a $1 million monthly budget for targeted advertising and digital campaigns. I also led consumer content strategies, including Ireland Magazine, leveraging audience segmentation to engage 220K+ newsletter subscribers, achieving a 34.5% open rate and a 6.4% click-to-open rate.

At ICAN, Ireland’s top digital ad agency, I spearheaded multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with teams across creative, media, social, and search departments to drive results for Ireland’s largest brands. My work with permanent tsb garnered several prestigious awards, including Best Integrated Digital Campaign and Best Use of Innovation in Mobile. I also led rebranding efforts for finance and tech clients, significantly enhancing market visibility and boosting customer engagement within three months.
