Email communication is a near daily customer touch point for our brands to communicate promotions, product launches, and key campaign stories. Molly’s attention to detail, patience, and positive approach allowed us to stay on track even when changes to product or priorities resulted in frequent changes and updates.
As the last link in the chain of our email production process, Molly was tasked with pulling our customer circulation files and ensuing that what we featured in our emails linked properly to our desktop and mobile sites. Any hiccups or delays that occurred before the email reached her desk were dealt with by Molly – who often worked into the evening the night before big product launches or promotions to ensure everything was right for our customers.
During an especially hectic retail holiday season -- when the tension is ratcheted up even higher – Molly could always be counted on to be cool under pressure, take last-minute changes or adjustments to the business in stride – and maintain an upbeat attitude. While she also shared customer insights and recommendations as time allowed, it was her hard work and reliability in the day-to-day operations of our digital business that was so invaluable. Those efforts played a key role in the successes achieved by both brands.
