I love to make a positive impact on people’s lives by designing useful and enjoyable products.I am currently a full-time student at Northwestern University’s M.S. Information Design and Strategy Program with a specialization in UX/UI Design. I strongly believe in the importance of education and being a life-long learner.Previously, I completed Designlab’s UX Academy Bootcamp and subsequently worked as a freelance UX Designer and Researcher for non-profits and small businesses. I loved working for businesses that are directly serving their local communities.My background is in the film industry, specifically acting and producing. That experience helped me develop skills in empathy, research, storytelling, problem-solving, and collaboration.I also believe it is very important to balance work with other passions, so when not designing you might find me acting, writing, traveling or watching TV.
