Coordinate an annual conference, support major fundraising events, and workshops (live and digital). Routinely deliver presentations to employees of major corporate sponsors and women’s groups to recruit volunteers and increase awareness of the benefits the programs provide to women and community-at-large. Managed community outreach programs, including leading a team of more than 1,400 volunteers. Supported fundraising events, community activities to drive interest in volunteering, and funding campaigns. Increased volunteer participation 211% and funding impact 10%.
