I am the Chief Financial Officer at the Townsend Pacific Land Company, an innovative, industry-leading real estate holdings company. Responsibilities include management of financial planning, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Another incarnation designed around the needs of our OVATION customers, we opened The Wedding Party inside our Berkeley store and then moved it to it's own current location on College Ave in Berkeley. It was sold to the currant owners in 2007 and they have created a thriving, Yelp!5 gold star rating.

Ovation was a four unit regional chain of contemporary women's clothing opened in 1984. We represented many California designers along with New York and Canadian designers. We also manufactured our own label, "Ready to Wear"​ in Soujo, China from 1992-2007. Thanks to being early in appreciating the advantage of technology(1990) we bought WDC Systems program for retail clothing and were able to compete with the influx of department store private labels and box store clothing sales during a very difficult time in the industry. Ovation was also one of the first small regional chains to have it's own web site ovationclothing.com.

Because our customers at OVATION kept requesting dresses that would have use beyond the wedding day, we created a store within our SF location and later re-locating to a studio on Fillmore street in SF.
