I have had contracts in the following:PAIN CLINIC at NYU Langone, duties included: admission assessment, circulate and documentation, timeout in the operative suite, vitals and post assessments with detailed discharge instructions and education. EP LAB, duties included: Circulator/Monitor for PVI Ablations, other Ablations, and Bi-V ICDs. Scrub for Pacemaker and ICD Insertions. Conscious Sedation, cardioversion if needed, administer Cardiac medications/drips as ordered, ACT, set up patient and room for procedure, documentation, coordination of care with reps, CRNA and PhysicianCATH LAB, duties included: set up of sterile field, prep pt for procedure, timeout, conscious sedation, documentation of vs, medications and procedure notes, ACT, administration of Cardiac medications, cardioversion, post procedure care. ENDOSCOPY LAB, duties include pre and post op assessments, conscious sedation if required, assistance to CRNA as needed, obtain, label and deliver specimens obtained accurately, setup and take down room, documentation.
