Previously:Sr. Director, EDM April 2017-April 2021 Director, UEDM, EDM International Apr 2014 - Apr 2017 Manager, Utility Expense Data Management (UEDM) Apr 2013 – Apr 2014.I lead a team which is responsible for the acquisition and ingestion of millions of monthly data points for the purpose of anomaly analysis, bill payment and downstream consultative services. The team consists of experts responsible for mailroom operations, manual data capture as well as a team who develop the processes and tools to electronically capture the majority of our incoming data while also managing day to day operations related to data capture, missing invoices and vendor management. In addition to our current International service offering I am currently constructing the framework which will allow us to offer additional support services outside of the US. This effort requires collaboration with cross-functional partners in Finance, IT, Facilities, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition and Risk Management teams located in the U.S., Europe & Philippines. I recently took responsibility for directing operations of an elite team dedicated to servicing our clients in EMEIA, APAC and LATAM. I am accountable for the local business unit and a partnership with a team in the UK that handles a subset of the operations and onboarding new European-based clients.

I lead a team which analyzes and pays utility bills for over 1,400 clients and processes an average of 1.7million utility invoices monthly. Two measurable indicators of success are service interruptions and late fees. With 1.7 million invoices each month, we averaged fewer than 8 Engie-caused service interruptions (a .00047% defect rate) and Engie-caused late fees average less than .03% of overall spend each month.I had responsibility for 27 market-vertical operations teams comprised of approximately 400 professionals. I collaborated with peers and internal partners to ensure client satisfaction in a high- volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, and partnered with Product Managers to translate VOC to product strategy and white space opportunity.
