Works on the pantry line making all salads (6 types) and desserts (7 types) for both lunch and dinner hours. Also prepares food for the following days for both the pantry line and order cook line.

Taught the kids summer cooking camp (ages 7-15). Taught kids how to prepare and cook different meals that varied from Italian to Spanish. All food was made from scratch by the kids.
