I run the tournaments in the summer time for the junior golfers in/ around the Kalamazoo area. There are three different age groups, 12 & under, 13-15, 16-18. I travel to many different courses in the area, make sure all the participants get check in for their tee time, get them teed off and explain the rules, then make sure they are behaving on the course to the highest standard and after the round get the scores inputted in the scoring system and determine who comes in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and distribute the correct trophies.

I currently still work in the pro shop, meaning I attend to the phone, and to customers in the shop, answering questions about golf, clubs, merchandise, course conditions, etc. I also oversee the cart staff to make sure they are doing their job properly and to the highest standards. I help run and coordinate the different outings and events we hold during the season, working on tee times and groupings and scoring. Along with that, I have to make excel sheets to make sure everyone has paid, to run the skins game and to make sure all scoring is done correctly.
