I build and scale corporate infrastructure for biotech start-ups. My experience spans strategy consulting, product management, and operations leadership within the life sciences and biotech industries. Whether I’m serving as a swiss army knife for the C-Suite or leading cross-functional work streams, I anticipate and remove barriers so that scientists, engineers, and executives succeed. In recent years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating organizational alignment, managing multi-million-dollar pharmaceutical collaboration, and creating HR, Finance, Legal, and Communications functions from scratch. Driven by a deep commitment to equity and service, I joined and completed Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative (Class XXVII). I have sat on the board of directors of the Shady Lane School for several years, and serve as the Treasurer and Finance Committee chair for the education nonprofit.
