Efforts were focused on providing UX research for the four main digital products that support players of Magic: the Gathering.Conducted three unmoderated usability tests (8-13 participants) with the current state of an app feature as well as an updated prototype which informed the redesign of this feature and resulted in a 46% increase in CSAT scores. Conducted an IA project of a future product through a card sort and tree test in order to inform how to best categorize and organize the hierarchical structure. Conducted 12 user interviews to create three player personas which provides contextual support around recommendations and develops empathy with users.Created, distributed, and analyzed results of three surveys regarding the current state of two different products in order to prioritize future features.

Contractor assigned to a 10 year contract with the Securities and Exchange Commission to create a more user centered approach to projects and products with their Office of IT.Conducted a usability test (8 participants) with current and updated designs of a public-facing web page and presented design recommendations to stakeholders and design team which resulted in an increase of 10% in CSAT scores.Created, distributed, and analyzed results of four surveys regarding the roll out process of new M365 products to pilot groups and general SEC employees.Led the UX Contractor team by running biweekly meetings to create team synergy and by being the liaison between Greenzone and the SEC clients.

Account lead of the largest project in the Maryland Department of Agriculture program to digitize and automate the client’s CRM and ERP data and workflows. Worked within an agile framework to lead weekly demos and trainings to 2-20 clients, create project roadmaps, and develop materials for the product process (discovery, development, UAT, go live). Developed expertise with the proprietary, flagship product and Salesforce by writing user stories for bugs and features, creating forms and form workflows, and working with the development team to identify and solution for feature gaps.
