• Support and service Symbicort, Crestor and Nexium to accounts in North East Philadelphia: accounts include GI Physicians, Family Practices and Internal Medicine offices• Distribute and discuss managed care information, savings cards, brand messages, marketing materials and educational information to doctors, nurses and office staff for each drug• Collaborate daily with AstraZeneca sales representatives to discuss parallel brand messages, sample needs, and territory management for targeted doctors• Close perception gaps of targets regarding the managed care of each drug in territory with service closes and calls to action• Manage territory with tracking and routing to meet goals for AstraZeneca every month • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner for manager
