-Leading the task force to save Berkeley’s Alta Bates Emergency Department: collaboration across Bay Area County Supervisors, State Assembly members, State Senators, Mayors from surrounding cities including Oakland, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Emeryville, et al., local health leaders including the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW) and California Nurses Association (CNA), local neighborhood groups, and various interested departments within the University of California Berkeley-Manage all aspects of constituent services: personally responding to calls and emails from constituents to the Mayor’s office, tracking and reporting concerns, and constituent follow-up-Plan and execute all major and minor events including: Mayor’s Holiday Fundraiser, Mayor's Student Awards, State of the City address; coordinate logistics for Sister City delegations and international trips -Manage the office budget, all contracts for services; coordinate with City Staff on audits and reimbursements; train and mentor City Council offices on accounting software-Supervise the Mayor's schedule: requires interfacing and coordinating with anyone requiring time from the Mayor - ranging from City of Berkeley upper management, Councilmembers and staff to local activists, business leaders, and people facing housing, food, and job insecurities-Represent the Mayor at select business and city functions when he is unable to attend-Author all City of Berkeley Proclamations for and on behalf of Mayor Arreguin-Oversee the Ceremonial Calendar including all Mayoral Proclamations, reports to City Council, and presentations by regional boards, elected officials, and nonprofits-Lead cannabis task force to pass comprehensive laws and regulations while also updating ordinances to reflect newly implemented California state law including: buffer zones, quotas on businesses, location of business types, and compliance with track-and-trace system, etc.

-Organized and directed a core group of 30-70 volunteers for all daily events: canvassing, phone-banking, and event staffing-Orchestrated candidate meet-and-greet events, including fundraising events-Managed candidate’s schedule and ensured efficient transitions between events-Directed, produced, and edited campaign video-Created social media plan and managed candidate’s social media presence-Organized and managed campaign office -Worked within strict volunteer and food budget; came in under budget on several occasions due to frugal creativity

-Managed 3 projects of various size, scope, and personnel levels-Created client reports detailing the status of each project including: financial forecasts, budget adherence, customer service efficiency statistics, escalations and resolutions, and social media growth-Hired, trained and managed all personnel related to each project.
