Romulus Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in seed-stage technology companies looking to become industry leaders. Romulus invests between $50 and $500K in brilliant – frequently first-time – entrepreneurs often affiliated with top universities and incubators. As a company grows, Romulus' total investment can scale to $5M. Focused on company-building rather than betting, Romulus remains a strong partner throughout a company's growth trajectory. Entrepreneurial and global, Romulus holds approximately $200M from a powerful investor base around the world. As Romulus' Chief Communications Officer, I communicated the firm's story on a daily basis across a wide variety of channels and to various constituents -- including current and prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and the wider tech and business communities -- and was responsible for crafting and executing the firm's communications and marketing strategy. Additionally, with the goal of building and not betting, I worked closely with Romulus portfolio companies to help them craft their content and marketing strategies and discern the best possible ways to share their unique stories and trumpet their successes.
