Molly Eagan is the Chief Program Officer for the New York Foundling, one of New York City's longest-serving human services organizations. The Foundling serves more than 30,000 people in the New York area and Puerto Rico annually through more than 40 programs in child welfare, developmental disabilities, education, juvenile justice, and health and mental health. Prior to coming to the Foundling, she created and launched Planned Parenthood Experience (PPX), a national strategic initiative to improve patient and employee experience across Planned Parenthood Federation of America, winning Fast Company's Innovation By Design Award in 2016. Most recently, Molly served as Interim Chief Clinical Operations Officer of The Trevor Project, a national suicide prevention and crisis intervention mental health organization serving nearly 350,000 LGBYQ young people annually. While at Trevor, she led teams that launched Trevor’s 988 national mental health service, improved crisis line service levels, and launched Trevor’s services in Mexico. Previously, Molly served as the Chief Operating Officer at New York Presbyterian Hospital’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and as a a senior leader at the American Red Cross September 11 Recovery Program where she oversaw distribution of $1 billion of donor contributions. Molly has supervised teams from 10 to nearly 250 with budget oversight from $3M to nearly $1B.
