Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance Manager for Tri-County Head Start in Southwest Colorado

Family advocate at the Roberta Shirley Center serving 72 children ages 0 - 5 years old. Assisted low-income and at-risk families navigate early childhood education. Partnered with community organizations to provided resources and referrals for families in need. Supported families through their child's enrollment, orientation, transitions and attendance. Provided goal-setting activities through administration of the family partnership process and home visiting program. Engaged families in their child's education through establishment of the center's Parent Committee meetings and volunteer program.
