Responsibilities:- Maintaining the bookshop space with stock, organising all the shelves and sectioning genres to help customers find what they want- Research what books we don’t have and request them in- Provide exemplary customer service, maintain regular patrons, recommend books with precision accuracy on requests and queries from the 4000+ book collection- Create and post on 4 social media channels daily- Respond to customer queries via email, keep customers updated on what’s in stock- Reach out and organise visits with authors and publishers and maintain links and connections

Responsibilities: - First point of contact: hosting, greeting and assisting customers with their needs in a friendly and upbeat manner- Providing tickets, venue information, explaining their customer journey and answering any queries- Stock handling- Cleaning the building to a high-quality standard- Money handling- Drinks running and waiting duties- Kitchen porter duties: washing up, prepping bar equipment, using an industrial dishwasher

Responsibilities: - Interactive role requiring high quality customer service skills via. enquiries, student and staff assistance with procedures and equipment- Administrative duties, including: reception management, extensive understanding of systems and procedures, answering phones, taking messages, organisation of files and information sheets, delegation of duties to other members of staff- Front of house representation for university facilities for current students and staff as well as prospective students visiting the building- Extensive shelving of stock and organisation of incoming and outgoing items

Responsibilities:- Representing the university to a high-quality degree on Open Days and Applicant Days where prospective students and parents visit the university- Providing extensive knowledge on a variety of subjects, including: my course, similar courses often linked together, campus maps, student support, facilities available, local transport links etc.- Public speaking and answering questions via presentations, walking tours or seminar-like discussion forums

Responsibilities:- High quality customer service- Front of house representation for the company and individual local store- Upselling and meeting daily and annual sales targets- Answering phone calls and responding to queries in a clear, polite manner- Money handling for both the till and safe- Stock management
