Embedded myself as a core member of the design team. Working closely with a wide range of clients, from different industries and working on multiple briefs at any one time. Also contributed to the account management of high caliber clients within the companies portfolio.Whilst doing all of the above, I guided and mentored a new apprentice who joined the Creative team.

After completing my apprenticeship, I was taken on as a full time junior designer within the agency. As well as developing my industry and design knowledge, I also worked closely along side account managers and executives to get a better insight into client and expectation management.

Studying all aspects of the design and marketing industry with a hands-on in house role, learning the day to day running of an agency and broadening my knowledge of design software and styles.Also headed up the digital print department, which gave insight into the importance of setting artwork correctly for different types of printing processes and outcomes. These roles worked simultaneously together and gave me a great and wide insight into the full journey of design.
