The Developer Society is a fully not for profit co-op digital agency working exclusively with charities, NGOs and activists. Modual is a digital collaborative workshop run by University of the Arts London. Over a two week period, the workshop empowers UAL staff and students to develop their careers in the creative industries, and helps them to design and launch innovative projects within a social enterprise framework. As Creative Producer, I managed all aspects of the delivery of Modual events, workshops, learning programmes and creative projects. I worked alongside a fantastic team of designers, makers, mentors, educators and industry partners.

Project lead on the design and delivery of Lewisham's Housing Strategy 2015-20. Responsible for managing and delivering a range of projects, work-streams, partnerships and contracts, as well as supporting the day to day activities of the team. Provided policy updates and briefings to the Senior Management and Members.

The NGDP is a competitive scheme that employs graduates to work in project management, policy and frontline roles across a range of departments in Local Government. I worked on the following projects as part of the scheme:• Programme Management: Developed and delivered a successful funding bid to Heritage Lottery Parks for People Fund for the restoration of Beckenham Place Park. The project focused on restoring the manor house and grounds and introducing a flood alleviation scheme in partnership with the Environment Agency. Whilst working on the project my responsibilities included stakeholder/community engagement, financial viability studies, commissioning, project design and programme management. • Strategy and Partnerships: Developed new projects focusing on achieving key strategic objectives, focusing on supporting economic development and employment. Whilst in the team I led on the development of the Understanding the Language of Work programme, in partnership with the DWP and the European Social Fund.• Community Development: Supporting public engagement and local assemblies. Whilst in the team I conducted a review of voluntary and community sector organisations working in Lewisham, undertaking a needs analysis exercise to understand how the Council could best support the sector through changes to local and central government funding. • Housing Matters: Undertook a borough-wide programme of consultation to support new housing supply and the delivery of Decent Homes improvements to existing housing stock. Worked closely in partnership with Lewisham’s housing management ALMO, Lewisham Homes. Whilst working on the project my responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, public consultation and feasibility studies for estate investment. As part of the team, I also worked on Lewisham’s new build housing programme, successfully attaining GLA funding for the redesign of extra-care housing.
