As a Clinical Supervisor and a Senior Mental Health Practitioner at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, I provide evidence-based low intensity cognitive behaviour therapy (LI CBT) to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health conditions, in school and clinic settings. I also supervise and support a team of mental health practitioners, ensuring quality and best practice standards are met.I have an undergraduate degree from Nottingham Trent University in Education Development and Early Years Education, and postgraduate degrees in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions (CBT), and Clinical Supervision of IAPT Services from University of Reading. I have skills in identifying, assessing and treating a range of Mental health conditions, as well as certifications in counselling concepts and dialectic behaviour therapy. I am passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of young people and their families, and I strive to deliver effective and compassionate care.
