As a an RPO Resourcing Consultant I was responsible for supporting recruitment contract wins by sourcing candidates for Reed in Partnerships vacancies. I was responsible for sourcing candidates, writing job adverts, screening applications and organising/booking in candidate’s interviews. I had the responsibility of carrying out telephone interviews for.

• I was responsible for assisting in the building of successful relationships with hiring managers to establish their recruitment requirements. We follow processes and procedures to ensure that these vacancies are filled.
• To be the main point of contact for hiring managers in relation to the coordination of their temporary bookings.
• Create and release bookings on behalf of the hiring manager to Reed branches and recruitment agencies.
• To be the main point of contact for reed branches and partnered agency suppliers for queries relating to orders.
• Co-ordinate CV's from these sources and briefly screen before sending through to the relevant hiring manager.
• Co-ordinate Interviews for Hiring Managers.
