I typically recruited for Procurement Managers, Commercial Managers, Project Managers and PMO consultants. I placed candidates into a number of Government organisations and Public Sector bodies such as Defra, Transport for London, Government Property Agency, BEIS and Homes England.

As a an RPO Resourcing Consultant I was responsible for supporting recruitment contract wins by sourcing candidates for Reed in Partnerships vacancies. I was responsible for sourcing candidates, writing job adverts, screening applications and organising/booking in candidate’s interviews. I had the responsibility of carrying out telephone interviews for candidates and saw through the recruitment process from start to finish which includes candidate screening. I was regularly in contact with clients to ensure I was meeting and exceeding their expectations. This role was in a very fast paced environment and enabled me to deliver results whilst focusing on quality.

I was responsible for assisting in the building of successful relationships with hiring managers to establish their recruitment requirements. We follow processes and procedures to ensure that these vacancies are filled according to the client's Service Level Agreement. Within this process, you are responsible for co-ordinating interviews and offers for candidates who are sourced through Reed's own branch network or through an approved list of partner agency suppliers.Key Responsibilities:• To be the main point of contact for hiring managers in relation to the coordination of their temporary bookings.• Create and release bookings on behalf of the hiring manager to Reed branches and recruitment agencies.• To be the main point of contact for reed branches and partnered agency suppliers for queries relating to orders.• Co-ordinate CV's from these sources and briefly screen before sending through to the relevant hiring manager.• Co-ordinate Interviews for Hiring Managers.• Obtain and provide feedback, if required, to all approved agencies.• Update management information as required.
