I work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations to help organizations secure sustainability and scalability during times of rapid growth and transformation. As a principal at Zephyr Insights, I am recruited by founders and C-suite to be their strategic thought partner, financial executive, and operational leader. I work with them and their Boards to refine and strengthen their long-range vision and build the internal capacity and critical infrastructure to support it. I seamlessly embed myself within a company to quickly diagnose friction points, fill key operational gaps, restructure and leverage existing talent, and stand up a wide range of critical processes and systems, including financial planning & analysis and accounting functions. I bring 25 years of experience spanning finance and operations across the commercial and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on mission-aligned organizations in the healthcare, education, and financial services industries. Most recently, I served as part of the C-suite at two venture-backed healthtech startups, Bono’s international advocacy and campaigning nonprofit, and an innovative design and consulting firm that uses behavioral science insights to drive social change. Earlier in my career, I spearheaded key initiatives across multiple business lines at AOL and spent close to a decade with the investment company established by AOL co-founder Steve Case, guiding early-stage portfolio companies as they scaled for growth. I cultivated my business and financial acumen as a financial analyst on Wall Street and earned my MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business.
