About Molly Hilton

Do you remember your first beer? The smell of a pb&j at school lunch? How do memories and associations shape who we are as people? After 25 years in marketing & international communications, I followed my curiosity to explore how we think with our whole body - not just the mind. How do we think about or "think with" the foods we eat? I am a cognitive and food anthropologist. My recent work has been in rural Yucatan, Mexico where I am investigating the role of soda in everyday life.
