Specifically hired for full-stack and back-end individual contributor and management positions for the Supply Chain Engineering organization while establishing and scaling hiring processes.

As a part of the Professional Development team, I traveled to corporate headquarters to facilitate recruiter training nationally (100+ offices) in conjunction with all previous responsibilities. Training methods included classroom style facilitation, group workshops, and one-on-one training. Provided real-time feedback to trainees and end of training assessments to Managers. Conducted post-training feedback calls with Managers and Directors regarding performance.
