Influencer Outreach Assistant for Motel Rocks

Duties include being responsible for all social media posts on Instagram & TikTok creating on brand, up to date, on trend content following a schedule to provide best engagement for the brand, creating email marketing campaigns whilst constantly growing the current mailing list, in-charge of influencer marketing scouting new influencers and brands to work with whilst being active daily on all platforms to build the Dainty Thrills community.

Duties included working closely alongside the PR and Marketing manager and assistant to research and identify on-brand social media content creators to collaborate with, propose influencer collaborations, monitor gifting send-outs and renting scheme, help plan social media strategies tracking and analysing engagement rates and insights, keeping record of all press cover on social media and online sites alongside assisting the rest of the team with jobs such as garment steaming, unboxing new items and stock-take for product shoots. I also travelled with the team to conduct a new season look book shoot carrying out duties such as keeping track of garments that have been tranfered from the show room, what garments have been shot and making sure all garments get returned correctly to the showroom.

Tasks included research into TikTok and YouTube, looking at brand competitors that use these platforms- how they use them, content they create and tactics they use to stay relevant and grow. Using this research I created campaigns for Size? on how they can have a bigger impact on these platforms and also stay relevent and grow. Along side this, I I researched new characteristics and protagonists to be the front of their Size? Collections series.

Duties included working alongside the director and E-commerce product manager to build exciting and engaging marketing campaigns, responsible for social media posts across all player forms following a consistent schedule, producing a steady flow of email marketing campaigns and growing their current mailing list, creating on-page marketing materials for the se site making sure they’re engaging and fun, writing informative and enticing short and long product descriptions along side the E-commerce product manager. Job included experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Mailchimp and all social media platforms. this job required me to be able to work off my own initiative, manage multiple jobs at once, manage my time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Duties included creating and planning engaging, fun, advertising social media posts for all platforms with the use of Canva. Keeping up a consistent positing schedule required me to work off my own timetable, manage multiple jobs and manage my time efficiently.
