Led a successful capital campaign which raised $16.8M exceeding the $15M goal. I worked closely with a core group of Trustees, the Development Director and Head of School to advance strategic and inclusive philanthropic efforts focused on COVID-19 teaching and learning, financial aid and annual operations.

Led fundraising for a $80 million capital campaign, managed a team of 7 regional major gift officers and successfully solicited 6-and 7-figure gifts. Implemented the organization's first national major gift program and doubled major gift revenue.
