When district leaders have questions about the effectiveness of a program, I can discuss the purpose of the program with relevant stakeholders and then use data and complex analyses to determine if the program is having the expected impact. When that isn't possible, I can find relevant research that was conducted outside the district, meet with program owners about improving the evaluability of their program, and conduct more qualitative or implementation-focused analyses.

I assist in managing a research lab. My primary duties are supervising graduate students; recruitment, communication, and coordination with research participants; and data management. I also periodically present research to other academics and to the public.
