Leads all marketing strategies and initiatives for the firm. Oversees practice management, business development, and marketing execution. Creates annual firmwide marketing plan and several individual practice/industry group plans. Sets KPIs and measures progress using data/analytics and financial results. Allocates budget to areas of focus for firm growth and development. Leads a team of 50 plus. Improves processes in order to serve our clients more effectively and efficiently.

Acts as a relentless evangelist and steward of the firm’s brand. Plans, manages, and evaluates external digital and print marketing channels, ensuring all mediums comply with the firm’s corporate identity standards and strategic plan. Leads all marketing programs and campaigns with a focus on measurement and KPIs. Creates and manages marketing budget. Manages a team of industry experts in such marketing functions as events, social media, thought leadership/content, SEO, analysis, advertising, multimedia/video production, pitch & proposal platform, collateral, and PR/media relations.

Oversaw and drove the event business strategy for the firm. Created event marketing campaigns for three marquee annual events that resulted in $1M+ additional business for the firm. Supervised/managed entire events group and all programming. Owned the event business development strategy, which included pitching our thought leaders for speaking opportunities, nurturing leads post-event, and conducting audience research. Collaborated with other departments on new initiatives and firmwide programs/projects, such as: presentation/speaker training, Alumni program, CLE structure/processes, and webinar training.

Planned and managed events from concept to execution for nine offices nationwide. Grew number of events produced from 35/year to 100+/year as the sole planner for the firm. Planned 10+ events at a time. Managed internal creative services team throughout event process. Handled all event logistics including vendor relations, venue selection, speaker management, creating html invitations and handouts/materials, custom mailing lists, and more.

We hold networking events, female founder showcases, pitch sessions, skill-building workshops, and other collaborations with partner organizations in cities around the country.
