During the most recent winter break, Chuy's hired me back for a full-time seasonal position so I could make some money to help support myself for the following school semester. These positions included hosting, expo-ing (running food to customers for servers), working as a line cook (back of house), and a having the opportunity to be a service expo (shift "manager" to help with various daily duties). Chuy's has proven to be an employer that has taught me a great deal of focus, flexibility, and hard work in regards to the certain responsibilities and tasks I was scheduled for.
