As part of the Community Business Project through UBC Sauder, I collaborated with a team of my peers on a consulting project for the Digital Lab at BC Children's Hospital.As the Communication Lead, I spearheaded communication and engagement, leveraging both leadership and interpersonal skills to drive meaningful results. This role required me to be the primary point of contact between our client, faculty advisor, and team, ensuring seamless coordination and clarity at every stage of the project. In this role, I led client communications, managed all project updates, and facilitated regular meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed. My responsibilities included planning and running team sessions, sharing progress insights, and addressing project needs to maintain momentum.
